Abdullah MERCANLI is a Certified Public Accountant based in Istanbul, with over 20 years of comprehensive experience across diverse industries and business environments.
He began his professional career at the Social Security Institution of Turkey, where he spent 10 years developing deep expertise in social security regulations, compliance, and public sector procedures. Following his tenure in the public sector, he transitioned into the private sector, serving for another 10 years as a Finance & Tax Manager in various companies, where he led tax structuring, financial reporting, and strategic planning processes.
Leveraging this strong public and private sector background, he founded A&M Consulting Co., where he currently serves as Head of Tax & Investment Coordination. In this role, he advises both local and international clients on company formation, tax compliance, cross-border structuring, and investment strategies in Turkey.
His multidisciplinary experience enables him to deliver practical, results-oriented solutions tailored to the operational and regulatory needs of businesses entering or expanding in the Turkish market.
